Find the apartment. Understand the building.

Search for an apartment to buy or rent in Paraguay with a clearer picture of the unit, the building and the work of owning or living in it.

Start an apartment search
At a glance

Compare the unit and the building together.

  • Layout, access and your daily routine
  • Management, common charges and included items
  • A focused search to buy or rent

Describe your ordinary day

Consider bedrooms, a separate workspace, natural light, ventilation, storage, parking and access from the street to the unit. Ask to see the actual apartment and its outlook. A show unit, rendering or photograph of another floor does not answer those questions.

Treat the building as part of the property

Request information about management, shared facilities, recurring charges, planned work and how residents report problems. Ask who pays for which repairs. An attractive entrance or amenity list is only one part of the comparison; you also need to understand how the building is operated.

Make the viewing specific

  • Walk the route from the entrance and parking space to the apartment.
  • Ask about lifts, water supply, power interruptions and internet at the unit.
  • Listen inside the apartment as well as in the corridor and street.
  • Record storage, parking and furnishings included in the proposed terms.
  • Ask for the rules relevant to pets, guests and your intended use.

Compare furnished and unfurnished options

Ask for an itemized inventory and clarify the condition and ownership of equipment. Add purchases, delivery and setup work to your comparison. For a rental, have the tenancy terms and responsibility for repairs reviewed before relying on a verbal description.

For a second home or possible rental use

Clarify access arrangements, regular checks and who will handle issues while you are away. Ask your advisers and the building management to confirm what your intended use requires. Any third-party rental operation needs its own management scope and independently reviewed assumptions.

Your apartment search, step by step

Agree a brief, compare a focused shortlist, visit selected units and record what still needs an answer. We coordinate the practical work within your chosen scope. Current properties are shared individually; the website does not publish a live inventory or certify listings.

A few useful answers

Questions, answered.

Can you help compare buildings?

Yes. Building management, recurring charges and the questions relevant to your daily life can form part of the search brief.

Are building charges included in the advertised price?

Do not assume they are. Request the amount, currency, included services and any separate or planned charges for each apartment.

Can I use my own inspector or lawyer?

Yes. You can appoint independent professionals of your choice; their scope and fees are separate.

Your next step

Start with what matters to you.

Share your plans, your timing and the support you need. We use your brief to discuss a clear scope and cost before any work begins.
