You can start at any stage. A completed visit does not automatically commission a search, and a property search does not automatically include ongoing support.

A property search works better when it starts with your daily routine. Tell us who is moving, how often you will be in Paraguay, how you work, how you travel and what makes a home comfortable for you. We turn those priorities into a practical search brief before arranging viewings.

One visit does not need to do everything
You can use an exploratory trip simply to compare places and decide whether to return. A purchase, residency application and vehicle search each have their own dependencies. We agree on a realistic order instead of treating every task as something that must happen during your first week.
A clear division of responsibilities
We coordinate and accompany. Lawyers advise on legal matters, notaries perform their professional functions, qualified specialists inspect buildings and public authorities decide applications. Independent professionals remain responsible for their work. You may choose your own advisers.
Agree the work before it starts
Services are available on request. Hourly billing is available, with the rate, estimated effort and a budget limit agreed in advance. Specialist fees, travel expenses and any commissions are identified separately. Additional work needs your approval.
