Look beyond the boundary, then test the address.
- Select two or three candidate municipalities
- Test real routes and essential services
- Compare space against upkeep and travel
Make the search manageable
Choose a small number of locations that fit your daily destinations and property requirements. Covering every municipality in a short visit can leave little time to understand any of them. We can start with two or three candidate areas, then refine the brief after the first visits.
Fernando de la Mora and San Lorenzo
Include these locations when comparing homes within the wider metropolitan area. Look closely at your intended routes, street conditions, nearby activities and parking. If your routine depends on a particular workplace, campus or medical provider, use that address to structure the search rather than relying on a broad city description.
Luque and Mariano Roque Alonso
Compare the exact property’s access to your regular destinations, the surrounding development and the services available at the address. Airport-related convenience or other location benefits should be tested against the actual route and time of travel, not assumed for an entire municipality.
Lambaré, Ñemby and Capiatá
For each shortlisted property, examine the balance between space, access and maintenance. Ask about drainage, water supply, internet installation, road access and any development nearby. A lower advertised property price may come with different transport or upkeep costs.
Limpio and a wider search
A broader search may introduce different property types and settings. Check access in varying conditions, the availability of essential services and whether you can comfortably manage the property when away. Allow enough time for a proper visit rather than treating a distant viewing as a quick addition.
Compare total cost, not just rent or price
Add transport, parking, maintenance, utilities, common charges and the value of your travel time. A location that looks inexpensive on a listing can be less suitable for your actual routine. Use the same comparison criteria for every candidate.
Leave with a location decision note
For each candidate address, record a regular journey you tested, the property features that fit, the recurring costs you have confirmed and the questions still open. Keep seller statements separate from your observations.
Use the location comparison guide to compare regions and the viewing checklist to prepare visits. The next step may be a focused search, a second visit or a rental trial.
