Make the first days easier to organize.
- Agree arrival and transport arrangements
- Coordinate home setup and practical appointments
- Identify providers, costs and responsibilities
Before you land
Agree your arrival details, luggage needs, accommodation and the first day’s priorities. Transfers can be arranged with suitable local providers. Flight and accommodation bookings, cancellation terms and payments remain explicit so you know which provider is responsible for each service.
Explore before buying a car
For a short visit, compare a driver, rental vehicle and other locally available transport options against your planned itinerary. A car can add parking, insurance, maintenance and administrative tasks. Try your actual routes before deciding what vehicle, if any, your daily life requires.
Vehicle purchase support
A car search can include a budget brief, viewing coordination, independent mechanical inspection and support with the appropriate registration and insurance professionals. Ask for the seller’s authority, the vehicle’s records, any outstanding obligations and a written purchase agreement. Legal and mechanical checks are separate from our coordination service.
Insurance that matches the use
Ask the insurer or broker to explain eligibility, cover limits, exclusions, deductibles, geographic coverage and how claims work. A policy for one person or type of use may not fit another. Compare written terms and total cost rather than treating the headline premium as the whole decision.
Set up the home
Utilities, internet, furniture delivery and tradespeople can be coordinated within an agreed brief. Confirm installation availability for the exact address, equipment ownership, deposits, appointment windows and ongoing payment responsibilities. Keep account access and service documents in your own control.
When you are away
Ongoing support may include agreed property visits, maintenance coordination and liaison with building management. Define access permissions, spending limits and reporting frequency. Rental management, tenancy matters and emergency response need their own scope; they are not automatically included in general support.
Questions, answered.
Can you help with just an airport transfer?
Yes. Individual arrangements are available on request, subject to provider availability.
Are rental cars and insurance included?
Only if explicitly stated in your proposal. Third-party charges are separated from our coordination fee.
Do you offer unlimited ongoing support?
No. Ongoing work has agreed tasks, hours or another clearly defined scope.
