Less confusion. Better preparation.

Practical support with document preparation, translation coordination and appointments. Immigration status and the Paraguayan identity card are distinct matters and need the right sequence.

At a glance

Prepare the paperwork in the right order.

  • Confirm the route with the responsible adviser
  • Track documents and required translations
  • Coordinate appointments within an agreed scope

Start with your circumstances

The applicable route depends on factors including nationality, current status and the purpose of your stay. Begin with an individual review by a suitably qualified adviser and the current requirements published by the authorities. A checklist prepared for another nationality or an earlier year may not fit your case.

Residency and cédula are not the same document

Residency is handled through Paraguay’s migration authority. The cédula is a Paraguayan identity document administered through the police identification authority. Eligibility, supporting documents and the order of steps should be confirmed for your case. Buying a property is not a substitute for verifying the applicable immigration process.

Prepare documents before travel

Confirm which originals are required, their validity periods, names and spelling, and whether apostilles, legalizations or accepted translations are needed. Coordinate dependent documents before fixing appointments. A clear document register can record the issuing authority, issue date, status and who holds the original.

Language and appointment support

We can coordinate translators and accompany you to agreed appointments. Everyday interpretation and legally accepted translations have different purposes. Where a certified translation or specialist interpreter is required, that work is arranged with the appropriate professional and charged separately.

Keep expectations realistic

Public authorities determine eligibility, requests for further information and processing outcomes. We do not guarantee approval, a fixed completion date, permanent residence or citizenship. Travel plans should allow for changes and any in-person requirements confirmed by the responsible adviser.

Protect your documents

Do not send passports, identity numbers, criminal-record certificates or financial records through the initial inquiry planner. Agree a suitable document-sharing method with the professional handling your case. Keep copies and a record of any original documents handed over.

A few useful answers

Questions, answered.

Can you guarantee my cédula?

No. Only the responsible authority can decide an application. We offer agreed preparation and coordination support.

Should I bring the same documents as another applicant?

Not without checking. Requirements depend on your route and personal circumstances.

Are official fees included in your hourly rate?

No automatic inclusion is assumed. Public fees, translations and specialist charges are shown separately in your proposal.
